As of Sept. 30th I weighed 238.
I've been up and down these 15 or so pounds so many times over the past year or so, hoping to break the barrier down to 230.
The goal is no wheat, potatoes, or sugar...

Day 31 Oct. 2nd.
Day 32 Oct. 3rd .
237 today!
Day 33 Oct. 4th
Day 34 Oct 5th.
Weight Oct. 6th 238 I plan to keep the carbs low today.
