With a little googling, percent of fat can be easily found for most meats and fish and poultry.

If I remember correctly, DrAtkins kept this simple. Eat the chicken with the skin. Any ground meats. Though I can't recall what he recommended for trimming a steak. (IMHO Steaks are too dry and need 1-2T fat to fry up.) Add a couple T mayo to make tunafish salad. Eat whole cuts of meats with its marbling and skin.

His recipes are rather extravagant, and though I have tried a few, life is easier to keep cooking simple. Plain and simple. Too easy to overeat sumptuous recipes. Definitely in the rare treat catagory!

How much fat also seems to depend on where an individual is in the process of both adapted to Ketosis and amount of weight to lose.

Dr nick Norwich just put out a YT video on C15, and it's importance to health based on a slew of studies. Generally found in whole fat dairy, especially pecorino, and some fish. Looks like adding some pecorino, even 1/2 oz is beneficial to many.
