Goal: no wheat, sugar, or potatoes.

Day one Sept. 2 Success
Day two Sept. 3 All is well
Day three Sept. 4 I did well but did eat sugar free Cheerios
Day four. Sept. 5 I ate 1 tortilla
Day five. Sept. 6 I had 1 tortilla and tater tots
Day 6-18. Variable (I don't remember)!
Day 19 Sept. 20th. bread but no sugar no potatoes but eating too much
Day 20. Sept. 21st ate bread no sugar no potatoes, but eating too much
Weight 244
Hopefully I can do better the rest of the month!
Day 22nd Sept. 23 no sugar or potatoes, had I piece of bread and too many low carb bars!
Day 23rd. Sept. 24 Success!
