Well I did my ab work Iam not sure Iam doing these right. Are you supposed to feel it while you are doing them. Lisa any help? Well here is what I did.
Scarlett O'Hara 3x
Spastic butterfly 3x To failure
Basment Crunch 6X
Superman Sling 5X
Dead Bug 10X
The Piston 10X
I wish I knew if I was doing these right, but I think practice will make perfect. Well at least I hope so. Lynn
