Interesting how none of their dietary habits are really much at all like what the general population is being told to eat.
Mostly protein for athletes in sports that require more strength and muscle control (wrestling, fencing).
Those who require a balance of strength and speed (rowing, volleyball) tend to still have lots of protein - but they're using so much energy that they also need lots of carbs.
Even the speed athletes (hurdles, runners) still eat loads more protein than nutritionists want the rest of us to eat, but they also rely a lot more heavily on carbs.
Then there's the anomaly in the bunch (cycling) who isn't tracking anything, although the description of her meals certainly sounds like she's getting far more protein than "recommended" for the general public with her "couple of scoops of plain greek yogurt", Mexican bowls, and stuffed crust pizzas "smothered with cheese and sausage".
