Demi, thanks for the fun read. We're in another heat wave here in Ontario. It feels like 28°C/82°F right now at 4:30 am. It'll feel like 39°C/102°F by this afternoon. That's my hot girl walk.

ETA - I used to often leave my phone at home, but not anymore, for the reasons stated in the article. One time I regretted it, we had a coyote wander into the area around my convenience store at the end of our townhouse complex. There's a swampy wooded area behind, and it's the top of a nature trail that used to be a railway line. I wanted to snap a shot of the coyote.

Another good idea is to have a prepaid debit card on your phone, if you want to go somewhere without your purse or a big wallet.
