Deadlift 56lbs,10,10,8,8 leave for next week
bent over row 56lbs,8,8,8,8 leave for next week
Tri's 5sets
BB tri extention 23lbs,10,10,8,8,7 leave for next week
Close grip press 56lbs,8,6,8,8,6 Leave for next week
