Hmmm, Weight Watchers three times( 25 lbs, 13 lbs, 7 lbs), Slim Fast( hungry all the time), First Place(14 lbs, but stayed hungry), Sugar Busters(actually this wasn't too bad, but kind of hard to keep up with). LC is by far the most satisfying, and least stressful for me.
