I understand completely MsA.
I raced all weekend, burning more than 3,000 calories both days according to my Fitbit which also recorded 267 and 432 zone minutes, a lot of which was in the peak zone. I ate OMAD of 8 oz of lean ground beef with 2 ounces of cheese both days and Saturday I made a LC hot cocoa which was well under 100 calories and was 5 carbs. Sunday my addition was bell peppers and cucumber. My calories go up and down so these were lower calorie days and I lost ounces.
