I’m a slow loser, but I am being consistent.
This is the low number on the scale for me, so anything lower than this will be a new low.
At Xmas I was above 190, so I see this as a huge win to have that well behind me.
Still learning, including as I’ve aged, what worked before for weight loss, well it doesn’t anymore….things have definitely changed.
