I think a new pair of walking/running shoes is in order this month. My old Saucony runners are still adequate for a quick trip to the library or supermarket, but no longer provide the stability and support needed for sustained walking. Suggestions welcome

My feet are weird ... wide through the forefoot, narrow at the heel. Think: duck paddle . That's why I've chosen Saucony in the past, they have a wider toe-box but they "cup" around the heel snugly so there's no riding up and down (hello blisters).
