Easier to name those.

Everything from grapefruit to cabbage soup to WW to starvation. Been there and done it. All successful for a time, but nothing long term.

I never felt as good on any of them than on Aktins. I am kicking myself for not starting this sooner. Too bad I believed all the bad press about this WOE!
