Hi and welcome.... i'm so glad you are giving this healthy way of eating a try before the surgery.

I have found this to be the most amazing way to eat in my life. Finally I can eat whenever I am hungry (and I am hungry OFTEN) to satisifaction without guilt and still slowly get to my goal weight.
