Well- It’s over 20 years that I’ve been doing CALP/LC. I’m still in my weight range- I go up or down about 5 pounds every year or two. But I’m still doing the plan, still feel amazing and still love this plan. I eat 3 meals a day, with breakfast and lunch no carb and dinner salad/ veggies /protein and carb. Yesterday I had a brisket sandwich and coleslaw and a kale salad for dinner.
Sad that this area is pretty quiet but I wanted to post. 20 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
