WARNING: Oxalates are high in chocolate.
I've since picked up Sally K. Norton's new book, Toxic Superfoods. Thank goodness I only had a few sources of oxalates, and I've since got modifications, using 1 tsp cocoa extract and 1 tsp of cocoa (40 mg).
The low oxalate diet, and it's confusing (so do pester your library,) has already given me the feeling better/how to dump oxalate skills that she says her plan can. In only eleven days!
It seems to be incredibly pertinent to autoimmune. That's of great interest to me.
