Fiber pills will not lower your daily net carbs. They will only add fiber without any additional carbs. In addition to helping regularity & thwarting constipation, fiber can help lower cholesterol therefore decreasing the risk for heart disease. So a fiber pill wouldn't hurt & may in fact help. However, carb blockers are a totally different subject. As wils said, if it sounds to good to be true... Not only will they probably fail in helping you to lose, they have adverse effects. A carb blocker doesn't only stop your body from absorbing carbs- it stops your body from absorbing certain vitamins and other important nutrients you need. If you're following a low carb plan, there's no need for a carb blocker to begin with. This is not a no carb plan, some carbs in a limited amount are necessary to function well. If you're looking for a way to cheat, then thats a problem that pills won't solve. I would strongly recommend not using a carb blocker, & instead stick with a real safe & healthy low carb plan. Good luck.
God Bless,
Amy-Lynne
