Last few days, most meals have been meat free, going for veggies instead. Last night, hamburger + sour cream. I get satisfied with less food now. And I plan to crush some of my hard to swallow vitamins/minerals onto food rather than going for high carb gummies.
I will use a pair of pliers to crush the C+ pills, the 7 carb gummies are going back.
