Ready.. Set.. GO!
Wow! I'm so glad that so many people have decided to join! I've decided to go with 30 pounds by July 4th. That will put me at about 10 pounds from my goal. Although I may adjust it, I'm only 5'4 so my "healthy weight range" is a bit lower but I know that I WILL be 130 by my birthday which is September 17th. Can't wait to get there, what a PERFECT birthday present to myself! I guess today starts the challenge huh?! I wish the BEST of luck to everyone, we'll all reach our goals!
