The Macro Masterclass Premium Content is now finally open for everyone who has signed up for the four week class. It has its own Activity Feed, separate from the main group, and a Getting Started Guide to work through before Saturday. As in previous challenges, you read each step, check off when completed, and do a few short posts if you wish, e.g. "Say Hello". Just want to be sure you all have the invite to the class, and not just stumble around topics and groups (as I have been doing for weeks!! )

Also said I would start tracking before the class started..haven't done that either. but yesterday I was 1 pound above where left off the last challenge Somehow the DDF and NO mindset controls regain even well off the LC ranch.
