sugar free Juicy Gels use Splenda, so there's that. I used cornstarch once (it's very low carb and a lot better than flour for thickening). I don't know why you couldn't use it in moderation if you count the carbs (you're not on Induction are you?? if you are, then scratch that!!). Low sodium soya sauce is okay, but count carbs, of course!
