Default Green light for Green tea

Green tea is an active ingredient in many weight loss products and certainly consistent with an LC diet.

According to research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition "consumption of green tea produced thermogenesis and increased energy expenditure and fat oxidation" in humans.

Green tea is an active ingredient used in many of the top weight loss products. When a weight loss product claims it contains natural ingredients, green tea is nearly always in the list.

Green tea contains high values of antioxidants. Antioxidants help fight the causes of many cancers.

Green tea provides Polysaccharides, Flavonoids, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, R-Amino Butyric Acid and Fluoride in it's natural state. Vitamin C and Vitamin E are vitamins that come under the heading of antioxidants.

Finally no carbs.

Finally finally. It tastes like stewed gnats pee!
