L-carnitine
I have recently started taking a daily 500mg dose of L-carnitine. I take it in the morning with my other drugs and supplements. I was wondering about dosage and timing. Atkins recommended 1500MG for weight loss and I have seen ranges from 500mg to 2000mg. As for timing, some people take it before exercise.
Does anyone have opinions on this?
