Turns out I have read CALP (didn't recognize the acronym at first, but it's the one that's sitting on my shelf). Note that I said right off the bat that I think it may be a good plan for people that aren't true addicts, which it sounds like you (very fortunately) are not. That "reward meal" and the ability to not have to take anything off the table entirely makes it potentially much more sustainable -- for people that aren't true addicts.
My only problem with it is that I think it is poorly named. It's a good plan for everyone except those whom the name implies it is intended for. But I imagine the name had more than a little to do with marketing over intent.
