In the 80-90s I was pre diabetic, I was either too spiked or too low.
I would black out from the lows. Scary!
So glad I found this way of eating. I was healed/restored 1999 by changing from a high carb to a more balanced diet with less meals in short.
Very grateful for that.

GI food is very tasty and pleasant, it is good way of eating to maintain as well.
