Hi Pat....yes I thought it was a brilliant way to calculate weight!
I’m looking forward to my first full week of weighing and finding out what my average is.
Tonight my RM was Italian sausage wrapped in lettuce with mustard and my carb was fries yum! I also save my diet root beer for my RM
I have one about 3 times a week.
I’m also a very slow loser but I don’t mind as long as I am losing and not gaining lol yes slow and steady!
