Morning
Had a good RM yesterday but I woke up really hungry! I did get on the scale this morning and was a couple more pounds than I thought. It could be because I lifted yesterday morning for the first time in a while.
I hope I don’t forget to weigh in every morning I’m not used to doing it and I have to so I can average.
