As some others have said... I'm not exactly new
But I am back!  Ready to start and achieve my weight loss goals this time around and to actually keep my weight off!
I have restarted Atkins... I started 2 days ago, but today is the 3rd day and the 1st day I have been able to stay on plan. I am looking forward to this journey...  |
