Going pretty well, thanks Jeff! I'm home in Sitka after traveling to Anchorage for the surgery. Only spent a day in the hospital after the hip replacement.

I did eat more carbs than I'm used to, but I managed NO desserts (sugary sweets are my downfall!) and ate plenty of salads and veggies.

Now I'm home recuperating and will get back on the low carb bandwagon.
