Did a lot of walking at work today. Was in charge of the entire plant, not just my half. Kept me on the go all day.

Weight Training - Everything is 10 reps 5 sets
Tricep Extension 20 lbs
Bicep Curl 30 lbs
Squats 30 lbs
Dead Lift 30 lbs
Bent side lift 30 lbs
Straight side lift 20 lbs
Overhead lift 20 lbs
