I wish i could report good news - but instead i am discouraged
On July 5th I was within half a pound of reaching my goal weight so I decided I knew what to eat and no longer had to weigh and measure everything that went into my mouth and no longer had to weigh daily to keep myself honest.
So i stopped the diary and weight every Sunday.
This morning I had the sense that i had gained this week.
Sure enough - I have gained five pounds!
Sigh - has carb creep won again?

Back to keeping track of everything i eat
Back to daily weighing
So discouraging
