hi-
I've been on CALP since 2003-and I am below my goal. In fact I'm at my high school weight now. Lost another 15 pounds this year.
I never go off plan, and have old posts that you can read.
I find this a great way to eat- two meals that are no carb (or close to it) and one meal with protein, veggies and carbs.
For example tonight I had a large salad with half an avocado and homemade vinaigrette, sauteed peppers and chicken breast, and a small champagne mango for my carb.
