Boy do I feel better now.
I have been having carb pig out dreams and dreams that i find i am eating carbs and don't realize it unlit I have cleaned the plate. I was freaked out. At first I woke up thinking I cheated but I have been so good. No I did not cheat but i sure was worried until i came awake fully.
