I have finally moved the scales again after no movement for three weeks. It feels wonderful. I have now lost 60 pounds all together.

It is such a way to go and I hope have success with it.

Going out to supper with my brother who has come in from Texas; we are going tomorrow night. Our Mom, brother and his wife are joining us as well as my dh. Brother has not seen me since Dec. so he should tell a difference. I hope so any way.
