I'm living near a public pool for the first time in 30 years and have taken up swimming as my main exercise. I love it! I try to swim a mile 5 days a week. I was overdoing it and my shoulder started to hurt, so now I switch it up with a kick board and flippers. I hate the chemicals, but it's my best option for exercise now. My goal is to move to the beach in the next few years and swim daily in the ocean!
