Note in all of these explanations, it is a mistake to ADD fat. But DO eat the fat that comes with real, whole foods; bacon, eggs, chuck roast, dark meat chicken with skin, a pat of butter on your green beans to make them tasty. Not a half cup of butter in a dessert or coffee.
