Is There Such A Thing As Eating Too Much Fat?
Granted this is a low-carb forum
BUT the purpose of low-carb is to lose weight
Is it possible that weight gains while eating at or less than 20 total grams carb/day may be due to overeating fats?
Or is it always just fluid retention?
