Took the words right . . . Yes, this is what has worked for me. I may occasionally eat more, but it's always lc friendly. I may very rarely eat something different, and the major rule for me is zero processed food and zero sugars or desserts. I've been maintaining successfully for over 8 years eating whole foods and not deviating. You will find consistency results in good, predictable outcomes.
