I don't understand why it makes you sick if you don't have a gallbladder? I had mine removed in 89 and I don't have a problem with LC eating. If I eat carbs then I do have a problem, I get bloated and feel like I ate a bowling ball and it is sitting in my stomach. My sister also had her gallbladder removed and she is on the Atkins program with me.
