jschwab....thanks. I did think about getting a kickboard and using that to work my legs. Any suggestions of what I can do to exercise in the pool with a bad knee will be appreciated. I guess its arthritis, I have limited range of motion in it. Went through rehab as far as they could take me and have just completed a series of gel shots.
