Well the thing is that the real Foie gras is made by totally filling up their craw with corn.

People write that it's cruel but I saw a program about it and it is basically like feast and famine that a naturally migrating goose would experience on long migrations and then finding food. Here there are rice fields that fill up with tens of thousands of geese in the fall where they gorge for days and weeks.

Isn't this why you and I were so focused on triple cream brie a while back, the K?
