Why is the goose liver pate so high compared to all else????????

No listing of whether grass fed or not.... often in Europe their stock is on grass and not in feed lots like US livestock.

I save the duck livers-- would like to learn to make pate. I know I like it, love liverwurst too. Just want to source my own livers.
