I started doing other stuff to break out of a rut. The other day I treaded with my hands holding barbells up high out of the water as a challenge for 20 minutes. The pool was 90+ degrees and that was tough.
I just need to get back into the laps consistently. I swam a 500 almost every day in the summer just to maintain but I've lost even than.
