Verbena, well, I don't deny myself anything at special dinners, I just eat the stuff I am supposed to first, then usually I am not hungry or wanting the other stuff. Sweets have never been my problem.....its garlic bread, and crackers, and pizza, and pasta. If I fill up on low carb, I can usually skip the bad stuff!
my biggest problem at this time of year is home made chex mix.
It is addictive to me.....I can't stop eating it if it is around!
