Chris Kresser suggests a more methodical reintroduction for dairy. It was something along the lines of 3 days each of butter, then cream, then cheese, etc. https://chriskresser.com/5-steps-to...paleo-protocol/. This more methodical reintroduction seems better to me because what if cheese didn’t agree with you due to histamines not the milk.
