It is interesting to see this post. My mom way back in the 70s followed Dr..Stillman’s plan. Hs book Calories Don’t Count is the book she followed. Looked on EBay. Some issues are quite expensive. I had been thinking about this WOE as things were fairly the same as LC I believe. |
