I think this is a good idea, previously, when I've tried OMAD, I had good results doing a 36 hour fast a couple of times.
I also plan, maybe twice a month, to have regular eating days with 3 meals. I've learned that when I feel extra super hungry that I should eat. Maybe not hi carb but LCHF which I naturally gravitate to.
I'm planning a decadent cheese ball for Friday, may have a two or 3 hour window, I'll see.
