Hi everyone

I am desperated, I haven,t lost any pound from 2 weeks. During the induction I lost like 10 pounds but after that nothing and sometimes I get more, I cannot believe¡¡¡¡¡¡ It is very hard to make an effect and don,t see the result is making me mad...

Can someone tell me why and what can I do...
