Maybe trying a prescribed group of clean carbs if there is such a thing. What I mean is, maybe a 1/2 cup of rice or 1/2 a sweet potato(with butter) but no breads, pasta or sugary foods?
Yes, but after two solid years of low carbing like Thud, not on week three! Ha
