I average between 10-12 x my weight in calories. No weight loss in 3 weeks does not mean you're stalled. I had the same weight in 4 weeks but I was losing inches. Are you measuring???
Please, check my link on the documentary, it explains why we have to give out bodies enough food in order to lose weight.
