good evening- although the counts on your spam and lunchmeats are acceptable most of us stay away from spam and its relatives because of the chemical additives they are loaded with. To really get the full deal benefit from atkins you need to adjust your eating to basic 'natural' foods, AFTER you have mastered that then add in slowly the low carb bake mixes, snacks and bars. Instead of adding spam how about trying a new low carb vegetable- do you eat jicima (my favorite) or fry up some turnip chips or make a fresh bowl of brocco-slaw, all are acceptable during induction You can take that cream cheese and make a sauce or a dip for your veggies
These changes may help that scale go down! I am crossing my fingers for you.
